Find Big Screens is a small independent site. Our goal is to give moviegoers data about screens — not to sell data about moviegoers. We don’t track you across other websites. Almost everything we collect is anonymous, and this is the whole picture.
How the site gets used
We record which features people use in a session — searches run, screens compared, links followed — along with what sent you here, like a search engine or a shared link. It’s tied to a random session ID that isn’t connected to you or to any personal information. There are no accounts.
Where people are searching
Search locations are anonymized within about seven miles, and we don’t keep exact coordinates. This is how we know which areas most need better screen data.
Ratings and feedback
Ratings are anonymous, but tied to your browser so that each person can rate a screen once. They’re kept indefinitely, with older ratings counting less toward a screen’s current average. Feedback is anonymous too, with the option to leave a name or email if you’d like a reply.
Feature tests
Your browser may be given a small tag if it’s randomly picked to see a new version of something on the site.
We use Vercel, Supabase, Mapbox, and Resend to host the site, store its data, and deliver feedback to us. You can clear anything this site has stored in your browser through your browser’s settings at any time — the site keeps working normally afterwards.
Because this data is anonymous, we generally can’t look up or remove an individual’s records. If you sent us feedback with your name or email, write to admin@findbigscreens.com and we’ll delete it.
